We’re one of the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for 2016

It’s not really in our nature to big ourselves up, but when it comes to our people and culture there has always been something to shout about – Incite is a very special place to work, and next month we will be formally recognised as such in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for 2016.

Our reasons for entering the Best Companies to Work for 2016 were threefold: 1. to recognise and celebrate being a fantastic place to work  2. to help attract the talent we need to continue our success and 3. to measure the key areas of employee satisfaction and identify things we want to get better at.

Our scores are in and we have achieved both elements of Best Companies:

1 / Incite is officially an “extraordinary” company to work for – the accreditation standard which acknowledges excellence in the workplace by measuring employee engagement has given us the highest award of three stars.

2 / We have a place in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for list 2016 – we are waiting to hear where we rank in the top 100 and all will be revealed in a few weeks’ time.

So, we have been recognised as one of the Best Small Companies to Work for in the UK, we are in the process of using the data gathered to work towards making Incite an even better place to work and then what’s next?
